Hikvision DS-2DE4425IW-DE 4MP 25x PTZ camera auto-tracking?

Hi everyone, i need your help

I have bought this camera Hikvision DS-2DE4425IW-DE, but i dont know where can i set up autotracking, if it is possible with this model.
I tried everything , but nothing helped. Maybe i have to update firmware ,but i have the latest version V5.6.15_Build191211.

Hi @amd84

I'm afraid that the DS-2DE4225IW-DE doesn't support auto-tracking. SO, even after future firmware updates, it won't be possible with this camera.
