I cannot find the fw for this camera - even with the process described by Keoni.
It's a R7 family type - so can I safely use the fw for this?

Yes
The latest firmware is available from the portal here:
DOWNLOAD PORTAL

Your model was confirmed as being included within that firmware set at V5.5.2, but for some reason has been omitted from the list of models covered in the Release Notes attached to the latest firmware version.

I have now included this model within the R7 firmware set in Keoni's recent post.
