We are only aware of replacement domes for the smaller fixed and varifocal domes, I don't think Hikvision do replacement domes for the type of PTZ model you have. You will need to speak to who you bought from or Hikvision directly to see if a replacement part is possible or if it is in warranty they may replace the whole camera.
