Hik-Connect Hikvision DS-7608NI-K2-8P dropping off Hik-Connect

I have installed 2 x HIKVISION DS-7608NI-K2-8P 8 CHANNEL NVRs and my client is using the Hik Connect app to view his Nvrs situated in different locations. When he is viewing the cameras from his iPad or iPhone they drop out after 5 mins and he has to reconnect to the cameras again. He gets exactly 5mins before dropping off. Both Nvrs have the same issue.
Any one else had this issue or has a resolve.

When you say the NVRs are at different locations, are they on different networks?

One of the first things to do for any Hik-Connect related issue is to make sure the devices are added to the account via their serial number in the Hik-Connect portal, as per this guide - How-to: How to use Hik-Connect.

Adding directly to the app by scanning a device's QR code seems to cause problems.

You'll need to unbind the NVRs from the Hik-Connect account first, as explained here - How-to: How to Unbind a Hikvision Device using SADP on a PC.

Can you also please check that the firmware versions on the NVRs and the app are up-to-date?
