Hikvision DS-7732NI HDMI

Hi, im getting a "Parameter error" whilst trying to configure the vga/hdmi to display a selection of cameras on a loop. This NVR has 2 x HDMI slots and I've been able to configure the HDMI 2 slot fine. Can anybody shed some light to why I cannot configure the vga/hdmi Live view?

Any thing more detailed in the error log?
From the manual:
Local monitoring HDMI/VGA1 and HDMI2/VGA2 outputs are provided for DS-9600NI and DS-8600NI series NVR.
HDMI and VGA outputs provided for DS-7600NI and DS-7700NI series NVR.
It's not very clear but a limitation of the 7700 series perhaps. How many cameras are connected?

Hi Thanks for the reply, the actual full model name is DS-7732NI-I4 / 24P. It has 2 x HDMI slots as well as a VGA Slot on the back of the NVR. Even if I just select 1 camera for the HDMI1/VGA it gives a parameter error. I can setup the HDMI2 fine with as little or as many cameras. Im going to try directly from the NVR instead of from the web or IVMS to see if it lets me change on the NVR Directly. Strange why I get the parameter error, this is the first time have had issue using multiple outputs.
