HikVision error when trying to access via browser

Hello, so i was trying acessing by google chrome and after installing the extension and Webcomponets it dont works.

In google chrome i get this error:
"IE: Error: Error: This is not a property claim. Source:
http://192.168.1.13/doc/script/lib/webSession.js?version=V4.0.1build180815:1 "

If i try to open in internet explorer the page stays white.

Tested in other pcs and it worked.

In IE11 check your Compatibility View Settings are ticked.

Are you using IE 11 with administrator rights ?

A few things you can check:
Is the WebComponents.exe plugin enabled?

Are you on the latest version of IE11?

Check if Use HTTP 1.1 is ticked. As a last resort you could try Restore advanced settings
