Hikvision how much data would I need

I am thinking of using an external company to provide a router and sim package to remote view a site however they have offered a 10gb deal for £30pm with a £14 charge per gb over this. Anyone any idea how I could calculate based on the following;

DVR 1 = Daily access to 1 camera remotely for approxamately 1hr
NVR 2 = Access on 1 or 2 occasions per month to look at incidents that are reported on any of the 16 cameras.

1 user and no Mobile phone access on any of the above

I don't know which 3rd-party company you have spoken with about sim packages but for CCTV we always recommend speaking to Nucleus Networks as they are specialists in SIM/3G/4G IP CCTV Systems
