Hikvision IP cameras - not all are visible after a power-cut?

I have 4 Hikvision IP cameras connected to a NVR. If i have a power loss 3 of the cameras come back on line when power is returned but 1 camera has to be connected to the NVR direct to reset before it will be seen on the network. All 4 cameras work fine and are all the same. The camera i have works fine in any other location it appears to be an issue with the point of connection. Checked cable which is fine, so not sure what to do now.

Hi,
I'm not sure that I understand your configuration.
But, step one will always be to check that all of your Hikvision devices (cameras and NVR) are running the latest firmware.
