Hikvision KD8003 video intercom and SIP

Trying to get the KD8003 working with SIP to a grandstream system.

Sip is all configured, registers fine and rings the phones, however when you answer the phone the intercom hangs up.

Has anyone else had any luck with getting sip to work? Everything is on latest firmware.

Unfortunately no luck. Have spoken with Hikvision and Grandstream who currently don't know what the issue is.
