PLEASE HELP

I have third party IP cameras Dahua and Uniview which I pulled into my HikVision NVR DS-7732ni-i4
through ONVIF .

I have a Uniview camera IPC2222ER5-DUPFT40(60)-C for example which I know
has line crossing based on the data sheet of the camera.

What I am running into is that the "draw area" option does not exist.

Does anyone any bright ideas on this?

I could enable and set the line crossing via the web browser which I will
try next. But I was hoping to do it from the NVR.

Excuse me for the poor photo below:

Depending on the level of ONVIF profile compatibility between the camera and the NVR it is these type of advanced settings that drop-off when you have to rely on ONVIF :(

I called my local HikVision Africa Tech Support. The guy said it should work so I will just mess around with the different settings to get it working.

Thanks

UPDATE:

I spoke to the hikvision Tech Support today as we have been trying to get these uniview cameras to work on
the line crossing function. He said it will not work through ONVIF. This is a bummer as the univew cameras
have a good selection of decent priced cameras that are low light, have line crossing and I/O.

Has anyone found 0.0005 low light cameras from Hikvision without paying an arm and leg?
