Hikvision not providing replacement warranty.

Hikvision is now not giving of replacement warranty for hiss camera. I purchased a bullete camera. But after some time pasing from the installation the water has come inside the camera. This is is unbeliveable because company says it is water proof. And now he deny from replacement due to water even camera is under warrany.

You need to contact the reseller that you purchased your camera from.

Water ingress can be due to installation issues e.g. you or your installer may not have fully weatherproofed the cable entry point for instance.
