Hikvision Panovu prob: one of camera view gone after while (black screen)

Dear all
I have a panovu camera DS-2PT5326IZ-DE with software version V5.4.12build 180830 add it on NVR DS-7732NI-I4(B) with software version V4.21.005build 190509
I already adds all the 4 camers view, plus the ptz view on the NVR successfully
But after while from running the camera, one of the camera view gone (black screen) and it's not give screen only if i reboot the camera
I checked the network cable and its fine and the ping also is fine
The camera is running on her original power adapter and not poe
Any advice to fix that problem plz

The first thing I would recommend is updating the firmware of both the camera and NVR.

PanoVu - v5.5.800

NVR - v4.51.007 (You are quite a few versions behind on the NVR so you may want to update to v4.40.015 first, then up to v4.50.000, before finally updating to the latest v4.51 version)
