Using Safari and Chrome. clicking on download agreement button does not work. Is there another link?

Hello David, Do you maybe have a pop-up blocker?
It works for me in Chrome.
You should see their User Licence Agreement pop-up (as attached)

I can see the ULA popup, clicking the red agree button does nothing. Same for IE, bizarre. European link worked though, thank you.
