Hikvision POC

Hello All

Looking for some advice I got a 4 channel DVR Hikvision POC Ds-7204huhi-k1/P.

I have 4 2mp POC cameras set up and all good. I would like to upgrade these to a higher megapixel. I can only find 5MP POC cameras available. So my question is if I get coax to Ethernet adapters could I then get an 8MP IP camera and use that over the Coax.

Hi Ash,
you're right, the highest they do in POC is the 5mp and i dont think they will continue POC with higher resolution cameras as its not that popular, i wouldn't recommend using the adaptor as ive experienced dropping out, if the cabling is not buried or hard to replace then i would recommend just ripping it out and replacing it cat5/6/7.
