Hilook DVR Ip Address Issue. Help me Please

Hello
Recently I set up a Hilook Dvr in a factory, and they are running smoothly on my system. now install an android app and play them on my Andriod but the issue is that they are playing on Andriod when my mobile is connected to the same IP address as the DVR connected. but when I connect my mobile to another IP address ISP then the app says the system is off or unable to start. I hope you understand my Problem thanks. If you need any other information I will Provide you. Thanks

Hi Arfan,
i think you may have scanned the wrong QR code, on the system, go to menu-configuration-network on the top left, platform access at the top, it will have a QR code there, scan this one..... i think you may have scanned the one in Menu-Maintenance which is the internal ip configuration which would only work on the same network.
