HiLook NVR ** NetworkAbnormal ** Help

Hi , I Have an HiLook Brand new NVR , and Cameras of UNV , The NVR Connect To the Cameras , but It Says That Network Abnormal , I Tried to Change Protocol , IP , Ports , But it still the same Problem

I Connect All The Cameras to POE Switch , and downloaded UNV Camera Software , In UNV Software , The Cameras Works and Show Live Photo , I Tried to Change the IP and Ports But is the same problem , also after i Rest the NVR
Someone can help please ?

If the cameras are from a 3rd-party brand then you will likely find it difficult to connect them directly to the PoE ports on the HiLook NVR, we would recommend you leave the cameras connected to a separate PoE switch or multiple PoE injectors and then add them manually to the NVR over the local network using each cameras own IP address.
