Issue Connecting DS-2DE3A400BW-DE(F1)(S5) PT ColorVu Camera to a DS-7608NI-K2/8P NVR

Hi All,

Just bought a pair of the colorvu mini PTs and a DS7608 NVR. I don't suppose anyone else has this combination setup anywhere? I just can't get the two to work with the NVR it just gets stuck at connecting.

I've tested on a spare 4 channel 7604 which works fine, I've tried everything I can think of; manual setup, firmware updates on both, POE injectors but can't get the 7608 working.

Any ideas?

It's a DS-2DE3A400BW-DE(F1)(S5) camera and a DS-7608NI-K2/8P NVR

What Firmware versions are the cameras and NVR currently running?
Are you directly connecting the cameras to the PoE ports on the NVR or using a PoE injector?
If you are using a PoE injector what model is it?
