ivms and ezviz login problm

Dear technical brothers and sisters,
we are facing two issue 1. i create ivms username password this username and password is working s,problem is this username and password using logon to EZVIZ error will coming username dos"t exit
,how touse ezviz login

Hi @Technology,

The EZVIS user/password is different to the one used for iVMS-4200. You'll likely need to create a new account for EZVIS.

I should point out that EZVIS has been replaced by the Hik-Connect, which we suggest using instead. This can be downloaded in Apple's App Store, or in Hikvision's App Store for Android devices.

total 32 camera working using ivms software(while desktop pc-this machine using monitoring ),because ivms software some times seeing all camera perfectly,sometimes all camera not working
because i think ezviz loig after that added device one error coming "this device already running "
two mobile working perfectly,
but desktop machine not working ,this problem using desktop pc
