What spec PC do you guys use for ivms?
Got a client that has 3 shops.
He is based at one of them and he wants to see that shop and the 2 others all one one screen.
I was planning to put a PC at this site and use the group's function to bring them all together but I'm wondering what real world spec I would need the PC to be, not just the minimum spec Hik suggest.
Any suggestions appreciated.

Sorry, I have no prepared answer for this.
We haven't tended to run into limitations on our machines when running iVMS-4200.
Most have recent multi-core AMD CPUs and 8GB of RAM or more.
Also, all have separate graphics cards.
iVMS-4200 does seem to indicate that it uses a lot of RAM.

I am seeing more and more people using iVMS-4200, and quite a lot of problems queries - just search IVMS in this forum for recent queries.

Hikvision's PC spec for running the iVMS-4200 client software is shown below:

BTW - I'm not sure what iVMS-4200 is actually measuring in its system usage indicators e.g. on my home PC with the iVMS-4200 client displaying just a single camera it indicates that it is using about 40% of the system RAM:

Whereas Windows Task Manager shows that only about 25% of the PC RAM is being used:
