Lost Connection to Hik-Connect

Hello! I recently switched wifi routers in our home and lost my connection to Hik-Connect. I checked my NVR and when I enable DCHP in my network settings the NVR connects online, but I lose all of my cameras. If I disable DCHP and go back to the static IP addresses previously, the cameras come back, but I go offline again. I don't know enough about IP connections to troubleshoot the issue. Any advice?

Are all your cameras remotely connected to your NVR via a separate PoE switch or injectors elsewhere on your local network?
