Hello, I have some issues after binding my camera to hik-connect account(I already setted-up my camera for remote access):
I CAN watch livestream after login on my account in hik-connect mobile app and iVMS-4500 desktop app, but I can't access web config for my camera - In Device Management section it displays me Ip for modem and port (xx.xx.xx.xx/80), but after clicking on it I redirected to cisco login screen (cuz I have a big local network with a lot of modems and adapters). I can't modify cisco settings and configs, but want to get a link for streaming video or rtsp link and put it in my custom player.
How I can get it? I need access to stream from any part of internet, not just from local address via login:passw@192.168.0.64:554/....etc, but can't undestand why software CAN get direct link for streaming and I can't . I already opened 554 port on my tp-link modem, but it still closed on Cisco adapter, but somehow hik-connect app and ivms can get streaming url and display video from camera after I added my hik-connect accout on them....any ideas?
