I recently purchased an M24M. The camera is very good but the support is shabby. Despite arriving with over 400 pages of instructions I could not get the motion detection to work. Mobotix referred me to Use-ip who did not respond to my email. After 6 weeks of emails with Mobotix's international support desk during which they tried to pressure me into doing one of their camera courses (another $1000) they finally provided some advice. I am impressed with the camera but oh boy they have to work on their help desk.
