Motion detection notification sometimes do not have videos

Is this normal?

Sometime when i get notification on my phone, it does not have a video. Is this normal and it it meant to me a snapshot only?

This is on HiLook app

We have seen a lot of variation in how this works.
We're not familiar with HiLook.
I'd recommend that you make sure that you have THE latest App, which is likely to only be available from Hikvision's own App store now (not Google Play).
