Hey guys,

a friend of mine has a network which is made of 1 main Wifi router and 3 other routers (those are used to extend the Wifi signal). The routers are connected via LAN cable and the IP Adresses are: 192.168.1.1 | 192.168.1.2. etc. DHCP is enabled only on primary router.

My question is: is it possible to connect IP cameras to Router 2, Router 3 and Router 4 using POE injectors without any problems? The cameras will be used with SD cards so there won't be any NVR. The scheme would look like this:

IP CAM 1 --- POE INJECTOR 1 --- ROUTER 1 | IP CAM 2 --- POE INJECTOR 2 --- ROUTER 2 | IP CAM 3 --- POE INJECTOR 3 --- ROUTER 3

Thank you.

The extra routers should just be acting as additional access points. The main router will be sending out the dhcp addresses so reguarless where you plug into on any of the routers they will all get an IP on the same network.
