i followed the video instruction and under device managment when I add a device it says the serial number is wrong ,, although I entered the serial number at the back of receiver starting from c1..... 9 digits. My device is offline so I can not access it from Hik connect appp in my mobile. please help solve thisissue

I'm not entirely sure where you are adding your device, but usually when you are asked to enter the serial number it is the 9-digit number (numbers only / no letters) from the label on the device (or the label on the packaging) - not part of the full serial number that you can see displayed in SADP.
