NVR and app alarm notification time mismatch

Camera footage has the correct timestamp but alarm notifications on Hik-Connect app on Android and Apple devices are out by an hour.

DS-7604NI-K1/4P(B) installed today. London timezone set and NTP active.
Region on the Hik-Connect account is set to United Kingdom, so far as I can see there isn't an app or account timezone setting.

Any ideas?

The device time is correct and timestamps on live footage and recordings are correct. It's just the notifications on the Hik-Connect app that are out.

See the attached screenshot, timestamp of 18:20 is correct, but alarm notification shows an hour earlier.

@dcntech is there a time / DST setting on the Hik-Connect website?

do you know if the Hik-Connect app is using a European web server?
 
The account region is set to United Kingdom in the app and same when I log into the account on hik-connect.com, but I don't see any simple means of confirming which server the app is connecting to.

How is the camera DST setup?
 
Did you manage to resolve this as I've got the same NVR and I'm having the same issue?
