nvr hikvision bandwith error

Hello ,

i install an NVR hikvision DS-7604NI-E1/4P/A with 4 cameras cube DS-2CD2410F-IW.
When i add 4th camera nvr appear error message "no enough network bandwidth" .

Then i make firmware update to nvr with the latest version , and firmware update to cameras with the latest version.
I downgrade bitrate to 1024kbps , i downgrade fps , but error message continue.
I make all changes on nvr and one-to-one camera separate but nothing.

Any idea ?

The DS-7604NI-E1-4P has an incoming bandwidth cap of 40Mbps on the latest firmware so it should be fine to support four cameras even at high bandwidth levels.

When connecting locally with a monitor to the NVR:
Navigate to Menu > Maintenance > Net Detect > Network Statistics

Double check the bandwidth listings here. The Net Receive Idle value is the amount of available incoming bandwidth you currently have spare. How much is it showing?

Finally i re-install new firmware version on NVR and then i make restore to all. The problem solved. Maybe is bug firmware.
