Thanks for pointing this out to us, another forum user had found it a few weeks ago on the download portal and started a thread - Latest HikVision Firmware [76 77 96 NI-I] V4.22.000 build190821

The date next to the firmware does state yesterdays date but the firmware appears to be the same one from September so not sure what they have changed, may just be an adjustment to the file name or file route, I have chased Hikvision tech support for confirmation of what has changed and the release notes.

Our Hikvision contact has responded, they are not aware of why the firmware appears to have been reuploaded yesterday but they have provided me with the release notes for the firmware.

@Dan Still a shame I can’t import my black & white lists for my anpr camera. I’m sure I’m doing it correctly
System -> Event -> Smart Event -> find anpr camera click vehicle-> Blacklist and Whitelist then import xls file.

ohh well looks like I’ll be going back to V4.1.64
