Hik-Connect NVR is already connected to another account in Hik-Connect

Hi,
I'm having difficulty viewing my 2 cameras with the Hik connect app. It was working great but I had problems with the password. Now when I enter the serial number of the NVR it says already connected to another account. Can any please help? Thanks
 
Thanks for your quick response. I think my problem has been caused by my confusion with passwords.
I've only had my system about a week and it worked fine until I tried to connect to Hivision web client. I still don't know if the password I've set up for my NVR is or should be the same as Hik connect app. When I've entered forgot password I get an email with a link to reset it, but the site has a 404 error and I've been unable to reset. When I tried to unbind through the app it's says I'm not on the same IP address. Jeez I'm getting confused.
