NVR or cloud based recording?

I setup an IP camera to my driveway. connects to the app fine and the onvifer app too. However I can’t record continually on my mobile. I just need it to record somewhere without it having to be driven via mobile, but still with the ability to remotely view camera. I’m wondering if a wireless NVR is a good route to go or if something like Angelcam would be fine?

We would advise that you select a suitable NVR.
You should be able to find an NVR with a free App that allows you to access from anywhere.
An NVR will allow you to record continuously in high-resolution, and ensure you never miss anything.

Cloud solutions such as AngelCam will only allow you to capture snippets in the cloud.
It will be reliant upon VMD (Video Motion Detection) - which will be very challenging to perfect.

Thanks Phil. I’ll seek out a suitable NVR then. Ideally one that has wireless capability as I already have the IP camera installed outside
