One of my Hikvision Cameras NOT LINKED in hik-connect

HI!

Im having issues with my hik connect


all my cameras work fine and are detected by my nvr.

3 out of 4 cameras work on the hik connect app.

I have tried what most forum posts have suggested ie nvr restart and updated to the newest version.

this is what my app shows.


any advice would be helpful

Hmm, it's a thing that we have seen occasionally, but I don't feel we have a defined resolution for.
Just the usual work-through of trial and error.
Restart the cameras.
Restart the NVR.
Restart the App.
Check that each device is running the latest firmware version.
Make sure that you have the latest version of the App.
etc.

thanks for the response, its seems that its port 4 on the nvr, which ever camera is plugged into that knocks it off.

Can you please confirm the details of your system? Which NVR/Cameras models do you have and what firmware versions are they currently running?
