Playback error message

I have had my Samsung cameras for 3 years and use the wiseview/ wisenet app. I have always been able to view it in playback mode on my cell phone. But just recently it gives me an error message of encounters an exception, and then logs me out of the app. I cannot find ant resolution. Please help. I really need to be able to playback my cameras from my cell.
I have uninstalled the wise 3 times, and it still,doesnt work.
I reset the DVR box at the business and that didnt work.
Is there a virus on my phone, a setting that somehow got changed with an update?
Phone and cameras are all,updated

It is probably some change to your office network that is preventing access.
Can you access the recorder from a PC on the same network?
