Hello
I am having trouble figuring out how to playback the video that is not an event.
For example If I have motion detection set on only part of the image when I play it back it will only play the event and jump to the next event I sometimes need to see the video before or after an event. On some tutorial videos it says to toggle between normal ans smart playback. But the videos are obviously with a different version of iVMS4200.
I seem to have this issue on iVMS playback.
But if I go to iVMS 4500 on my android devises I can play all the video.
Any help is appreciated
