Door Entry Problem with two Main Station (DS-9510-WTE1/DS-9310-WTE1)

Hallo Dan! I read that you know very well the Hikvision System!
I have a problem with my Hikvision System, and now i try to explain you.
I Call Hikvision Italy and ask if it's possible to have two main stations ( i need to have the Hik-Connect apps in 2 parts of my home)
and in the first moment they tell me that's possible...
I bought the system and install all.
I have a mail door station (DS-KD8003-IME1)
And the two indoor station that i post ...
I can see the door station into the two indoor stations, i can open the door with the key on the screen... but when someone ring the door station only one indoor station reply to the call.... the other one not hear the signal... and if i try to open the comunication with that door station, the system crash and the DS-KD8003 reset itself.
I can see everything into the inside stations, like Cameras, Alarm Axiom System.... and the two inside stations comunicate! (intercom)
Please, can you help me?

Hi @speedsteve, did you manage to solve your issue? I'm having the same problem here (but with DS-KH6320-WTE1 and DS-KH8520-WTE1).

For the records, I've managed to solve my problems by upgrading the two internal units (configured as main and extension) to the same (and latest) firmware version.
