Push notification with Smart Events NVR DS-76xx series

Hi all,
I'm experiencing an issue to set-up push notification with smarts events using nvr ds-7608 8poe and 4 cameras DS-2CD2032-I. I have tried Local connection ( nvr and mobile in the same network ) ,external IP ( all nvr's ports forwarded on the router ) ddns ( hikvision ddns) and cloud ( EZVIZ Cloud P2P) but not working at all. But i must say push with basic events ( motion detector) works as it should.

Tried latest nvr's firmware too

Hi Raf,

Just to confirm, have you got a preferred DNS server and appropriate default gateway set on the camera? Google's DNS server of 8.8.8.8 is usually fine, and a default gateway will typically be the LAN IP of your router.

Secondly, have you got the Linkage Method of whatever smart detection event you're using set to Notify Surveillance Centre? This is necessary for push notifications.

Have you also allowed iVMS 4500 to send you push notifications on your phone? It sounds like you have based on motion detection working fine, but it's worth double-checking so bear with me
