Push Notifications Not showing after re-setting up whole NVR - Help

Hello

I've been having an issue with event's showing up on my phone, first I was using no-ip DNS then I was advised to switch to HikConnect's service. I successfully set that up, notifications are going to the NVR, however still events are not showing up on my phone. I've literally tried every possible resolution but can't seem to fix this. I've attached my settings, and I've also tried rebooting my NVR, reinstalling the app and even trying on another device. I'm all out of ideas. I would appreciate any help please. Thanks

Take look at this post:

If you read down @Kyle recommends adding the device to Hik connect using it's serial number via the online portal as opposed to scanning the QR code. As you've already had this set up via no-ip and made changes it might be best to start afresh. Disable and unlink the device from your account and re add as advised in the article he has linked.
 
Unfortunately this hasn't worked

I've tried unlinking the device from the online portal, setting it up manually with the serial number. Reset literally everything, switched the HIKconnect service on and off. Switched the notifications on the device on/off, still nothing.

It's a shame I may have to call out a professional to see where I'm going wrong, I've tried absolutely everything
 
does anyone know whether you need a certain upload speed for notifications to be working?
