Remote connection from Greece

I have recently installed a 4 camera IP system on my property in the uk and can’t remotely view past events. I can see live images. It worked in Italy for me two weeks ago but now i am in Greece and it does not show any past events. Not even the event I views in Italy. Does Greece have some kind of firewall ? I am using iOS and HiLook app.

It's hard to say.
You should have the same remote access capabilities from anywhere in the world.
I'd guess it is more likely a setup issue than a Greek firewall.

I haven’t changed any settings though.
