Setting up ANPR Camera

Hey folks,

I've got a DeepinView camera, and wanted to know if this - How to set up Hikvision ANPR, is the most up to date setup instructions or if there is anything else?

I notice it says setup through NVR, are there any for setting up through a 4G router only?

I got the configuration document directly from Hikvision UK. Works a treat.
