MacOS Setting up line crossing on a Mac

Any way to set up line crossing on a Mac? MacOS Big Sur in particular?

Live view doesn't work in the browser, either safari or chrome. How can I set up line crossing as I have no image?

I tried to do it in IVMS 4200 for Mac

I go to device management then remote config, then event, then line crossing. No image there even though I get one in main view and remote playback?
