Slow ptz via the NVR?

I have dahua 4mp IP ptz camera on dahua nvr. The ptz function works fine on the nvr controler. But when I use through the app, it is extremely slow to move. Nvr is hardwired with 20mbps. When I setup camera in standalone mode, it moves perfectly through app. Can anyone help. Thanks

Hi, we don't have much current experience with Dahua.
A N Other may drop-by with better ideas, but my immediate thought would be to ensure that the firmware is up to date (the latest) on bot the camera and the NVR.
