Smart events on some of my Cameras are not Visible/Overlaying in Live View

Hi,

i have several camera's with smart events configured. In some live views i can see them, in some not. Camera's and settings are on both cams the same. Any ideas of the reason?

Can you please provide us with more information:

- How are you viewing the cameras? Direct monitor, browser, or iVMS-4200?
- If you have the cameras connected to an NVR, what NVR model do you have?
- What camera models do you have?
- Which cameras are showing live event overlays and which are not?
- What smart events do you have set up on the cameras that are not displaying live overlays?

Also, can you confirm the firmware your NVR and/or cameras are currently using?
