SWC101S Defender Smart Witness

Hi:
Tryinf to use on old smart witness cctv usb dongle camera on win10 but keeps asking for media 9 or above,i have the very latest version on win 10 but still wont install software to veiw and record,I have it on another pc running win7 with no problems,Any ideas of other software to run on win10.
