Time won’t change

I have the latest hikvision platform but the time is an hour behind. When I select the correct timer and click apply, nothing happens. Any ideas why it won’t apply?

Can you please confirm the model number of your NVRand the firmware version installed? I think that the firmware will need to be updated as there seem to be a lot of time settings missing in your first picture (e.g. DST settings), which might explain why it isn't registering your changes.

A quick fix may be to enable "NTP time sync", and enter "pool.ntp.org" as the server, which should automatically change it to the correct UK time.
