On the front of my property I have 2 Hikvision ColorVu cameras (DS-2CD2347G2-LU) and a Hikvision doorbell/intercom (KV6113-WPE1). All are connected to the network and recording on the NVR (Hikvision DS-7604NI-K1/4P(B)).
I have played about with the motion detection settings for the doorbell, but no matter how much I tweak the parameters I am still getting numerous false triggers.
As there is no 'smart event' functionality for the doorbell, I have set up line crossing detection on one of the other cameras; in the hope I can trigger the recording/notification on the doorbell from that.
As you can see from the attached image, I have selected the trigger channel to be D3 (the doorbell), but when the line is crossed I just get a notification for the camera with the smart event activated and only see that recording.
Any help with regards to where I am going wrong would be greatly appreciated!
