Hi, I would like to wall mount 2347 and 2385 turret cameras to vertical walls using DM21 junction boxes. Would I be able to rotate the cameras to obtain an upright image and adequate field of vision? Or would i need 140 wall mounts? Thanks.

Hi @GT1

The Hikvision turret cameras have 3-axis of adjustment and you can find the exact measurements of how far you can adjust them on the camera datasheets.

The 2 models mentioned above have the following axis of adjustment - Pan: 0° to 360°, tilt: 0° to 75°, rotate: 0° to 360°

The turrets also have an 'UP' marking on the ball of the camera to help you keep track of the camera's orientation.

If you want to look perpendicular along the wall the camera is mounted to then we would recommend using a wall bracket as it will push the camera out from the wall and give you the ability to rotate the camera to be 90° to the wall.
