Two Cameras One Feed

The problem I have is that I need to put up another camera next to my existing one. The existing camera is connected to my NVR via POE so a single cable.
I have little room to install another cable so I was wondering whether there is any way to run the additional camera and the existing camera from a single cable?
Is there such a device that allows a dual POE feed down a single cable?

You would need to install a POE switch adjacent to the cameras, at the end of the cable.
You would also need to connect the cameras to your LAN rather than the NVR's camera port - you can't add two cameras to one port.
You could use a mains powered POE switch adjacent to the cameras.
POE powered switches are available, but are a lot more expensive.
