Updated to R0 to 5.4.5 and it's not alerting iVMS for recording

Hi

My cameras (DS-2CD2332-I) were working perfectly until I just updated them to 5.4.5.

All the settings I believe are correct to 'Notify surveillance center' however IVMS isn't recording the events. The events are working as they are sending snapshots via FTP.

Any ideas most appreciated.

Hi Phil, ended up fixing it by power cycling the camera, previously I had only rebooted through the batch tool.
