Hi, in Ivms4200 I receive the message about an upgrade availaible, I have the same message in the Hik-connect app (both ios and android) but I cannot succeed in the upgrade process, any idea? Dvr is a basic DS-7204HQHI-K1

Using the DVRs IP address are you able to log in to the DVR using Internet Explorer? If you can log in can you share a screenshot of your system menu so we can see the full model number?
