Version 5.5 Issue with WebPluginforMAC

Upgraded NVR to 3.95 with no issues.

Seems to state web plugin version 3.0.6.13

Then upgraded DS-2CD2042WD-I to v5.5.0 170725 which now states plugin version 3.0.6.26

Since then - whilst the NVR can see the camera fine - however when i go to the camera main conguration page directly using safari it now looks like the attached. I cannot access any of the camera properties.
I can view them using a different browser - see second attachement however this other browser is useless as the plugin doesn't work for it.

any thoughts - help?

Update - upgraded another camera (different model) with the same file and no issues - just this one?

I think you just need to clear/refresh your Mac's (Safari) browser cache:
