How do i install outside wifi receiver to receive video from different wifi ip cameras and return back to NVR with cable connection

I think you mean to just extend your wi-fi network reach.
Therefore, you would need an outdoor Wireless Access Point (WAP).
This extends the reach/coverage of your wireless network.
Your wireless camera should then be able to join the network.
Your IP camera would pick-up a general network LAN IP address.
You would manually add your camera to your NVR with its network IP address.
